Key Responsibilities:

-Scouting & Research: Identify trending creators on Instagram, YouTube and other social media platform who fit the brand's style.
-Outreach & Gifting: Send pitch emails or DMs to influencers and coordinate shipping free products (PR boxes).
-Campaign Tracking: Brief creators on guidelines, ensure they post on time with correct hashtags, and collect user-generated content (UGC).
-Reporting: Gather performance data (likes, views, engagement rates) to see how campaigns performed.

Core Requirements:

-Social Media Savvy: Deep understanding of current Instagram, YouTube trends/algorithms.
-Strong Communicator: Excellent writing skills for professional yet engaging influencer outreach.
-Organized: Ability to manage spreadsheets and handle multiple conversations at once
