🔹 Requirements:
• Proficiency in Visual Design and Product Design Principles
• Understanding of Design Thinking Methodologies
• Experience or knowledge in User Research and UX Research
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset
• Familiarity with Rhino, Blender, or other 3D modelling tools
• Ability to build Franken-model prototypes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Enthusiasm for learning new design frameworks and technologies
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Design or a related field

Interview advice
Going for the Design role at Humanising Design? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Put numbers on your achievements: "8.5/10 GPA", "cut load time by 40%", "led a team of four" lands far better than "good grades" or "hard-working".
- For a virtual interview, test your internet, camera and mic in advance, sit somewhere quiet and well-lit, and still dress formally — it signals you are serious.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
