Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design and development of kitchen appliance products
✅ Color, Material & Finish (CMF) design
✅ Trend research and consumer insights analysis
✅ Product conceptualization and visualization
✅ Collaborate closely with Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
✅ Develop prototypes and support product development from concept to production
Required Qualifications:
✔ B.Des / M.Des (Mandatory)
✔ Minimum 1+ year of experience in Industrial/Product Design
✔ Experience in Small Appliances, Large Appliances, Consumer Durables, or related product categories

Going for the Design role at largest Kitchenware & Small Appliances brand? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Your portfolio is the interview: be ready to walk through one project as a story — the problem, the choices you made, and the outcome, not just the visuals.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
