Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduates (B.Com, BBA, BA) from 2025 & 2026 batches only
Experience: 0–1 year (Candidates with >1.5 years of experience are not eligible)
Joining: Immediate joiners only
Agreement: Willing to sign a 1-year service agreement🛠️ Required Skills:
Good written and verbal communication skillsAnalytical and email writing skills (includes an email assessment)
Basic Excel knowledge (Functions: LEFT, LEN, SUM, PRODUCT, AVERAGE, COUNT, IF, OR, Lookups)
⚠️ Important Notes:Bring at least one valid ID proof for entry.

Going for this role at Aon? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
