✅ 0–2 years of iOS development experience (internships considered)
✅ Strong hands-on expertise in Swift, UIKit, iOS SDK & Xcode
✅ Experience building 2+ iOS apps (App Store apps are a plus)
✅ Knowledge of Core Data, URLSession, JSON, GCD, Auto Layout, MVC/MVVM & Git
✅ B.Tech from IIT / NIT / BITS / IIIT or equivalent premier institutes
✅ Background in a strong B2C Product Company

Interview advice
Going for this role at Zomato? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Before you go in, list the top three things this job asks for and prepare one concrete example for each — then tie every answer back to them.
- Prepare two or three thoughtful questions to ask them about the team, the work and growth; "I have no questions" reads as low interest.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
