Role: HR / Talent Acquisition Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from understanding hiring requirements to onboarding coordination.
• Understand business requirements and work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role expectations.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, professional networks, recruitment vendors, and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist profiles based on defined job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
• Support hiring across IT, Non-IT, Sales, Tele-sales, B2B, and other business functions.
• Assist with volume, bulk, lateral, and entry-level hiring requirements.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and regular hiring reports.
• Coordinate offer management, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, hiring managers, and recruitment partners.
• Support campus hiring, recruitment drives, employer branding initiatives, and other Talent Acquisition activities.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good understanding of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition processes.
• Ability to source, screen, and evaluate candidates effectively.
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within defined hiring timelines.
• Proactive approach with strong attention to detail.
• Prior internship or practical exposure to recruitment will be an added advantage.
