Key Responsibilities: • Assist in recruitment and sourcing of candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with HR documentation and employee communication
• Contribute to HR projects and activities
Requirements: • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
• Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude

Going for the HR role at LearnILM World? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
