Venorise Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our HR team as HR Recruitment Interns and gain practical exposure to the recruitment process.

📍 Location: Pune | Hybrid
⏳ Duration: 3 Months
💼 Domain: Human Resources | Talent Acquisition
💰 Stipend: Unpaid Internship

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Source potential candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, Apna and other hiring platforms
• Review applications and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Communicate with candidates and manage follow-ups
• Maintain and update candidate databases/pipelines
• Assist with onboarding and recruitment documentation
• Support the HR team in recruitment-related activities and projects

🎯 Who Can Apply?

• Students or recent graduates pursuing BBA, MBA, HR, Business Administration or related fields
• Candidates with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating with candidates over calls and messages
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platforms will be an advantage
