Kualifikasi:
- Mahasiswa tingkat akhir atau fresh graduate (diutamakan jurusan Psikologi/Manajemen/SDM atau jurusan terkait)
- Memiliki minat di bidang Recruitment & Human Resources
- Komunikatif, teliti, dan proaktif
- Bersedia mengikuti program internship selama 5 bulan
Jobdesk:
🔍 Melakukan talent sourcing dan screening CV kandidat.
📅 Menjadwalkan interview serta melakukan follow up kepada kandidat.
📂 Mengelola dan memperbarui database kandidat.
📝 Mendukung proses administrasi rekrutmen.
🤝 Berkolaborasi dengan tim HR dalam proses rekrutmen dari awal hingga akhir (end-to-end recruitment).
