Key Responsibilities:
✔ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
✔ Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
✔ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
✔ Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
✔ Ensure a seamless candidate experience
Requirements:
✅ Strong communication skills
✅ MBA (HR)
✅ Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment platforms
✅ Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
