• Candidates with 6 months of recruitment or HR internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Willingness to work from the office in Madhapur, Hyderabad.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
🔹 Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
🔹 Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate profiles.
🔹 Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
🔹 Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers.
🔹 Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
