• Final-year students and freshers are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Candidate sourcing through job portals and LinkedIn
✔ Resume screening and shortlisting
✔ Interview scheduling and coordination
✔ Candidate communication and follow-ups
✔ Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
✔ Supporting onboarding activities
