☑️ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
☑️ Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
☑️ Connect with candidates and explain job opportunities
☑️ Schedule and coordinate interviews
☑️ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
☑️ Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate data
☑️ Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets
