💼 Key Responsibilities
✅ Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
✅ Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews
✅ Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
✅ Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
✅ Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process
✅ Maintain recruitment records and ensure an excellent candidate experience
