📍 Location: Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), Sholinganallur, Chennai
💼 Role: Human Resources Practitioner
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (Work From Home with occasional Work From Office)
👩🎓 Fresher : 6 Months HR Internship
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Any Graduate with HR specialization (BBA HR, B.Com, BA, MBA HR, MSW HR, etc.)
✅ Freshers are welcome
✅ HR Internship (0–6 months) is an added advantage
✅ Excellent written & verbal communication skills
✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
✅ Flexible to work from home and occasionally from the office
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
Support recruitment and hiring activities
Manage stakeholder communication
Work with online interview platforms
Maintain recruitment data, reports, and audit records
Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment operations
