- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Help manage employee queries and HR operations.
- Assist with HR reports, MIS, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
🔹 Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, MBA (HR), or a related field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes.
- Eagerness to learn and attention to detail.
