Eligibility:

Going for the Operations role at Scalene Works? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
