🕒 Duration: 3 Months
What you'll work on:
• Employee onboarding & documentation
• HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
• HRMS updates and data management
• Recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
• Maintaining HR records and supporting day-to-day HR activities
Who can apply?
✔ Graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR Operations experience
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
✔ Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources

Going for the Operations role at Kapiva? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
