🚀 We're Hiring: HR Operations Intern at Break Into VC™
Two months ago, we hired an intern who helps us with our Talent Acquisition.
Today, we're hiring another one to expand our operations.
That's how quickly we're growing.
We're looking for someone who wants to get a front-row seat to the startup and investing ecosystem while building a career in talent and recruitment.
What you'll do:
• Work exclusively on hiring mandates from VC funds, PE firms, investment banks, and growth-stage startups
• Interact directly with founders, investors, and senior operators
• Support end-to-end recruitment and talent operations
• Help build one of the most specialized talent platforms in the investing ecosystem
Who we're looking for:
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to execute
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out independently
• Prior experience in VC, startups, recruiting, or talent is a plus
This starts as an internship with a clear pathway to a full-time role.
We're not looking for someone who needs constant follow-ups. We're looking for someone who can take ownership, move fast, and get things done.
