💻 Mandatory: Must own a functional laptop
💰Salary - 12,000

📍 Office Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid to Full Work From Home

✅ Month 1: Work from Office (Sector V, Kolkata)
🏠 Month 2 Onwards: 100% Work From Home (WFH)

⏰ Timings: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week

📋 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Sourcing and maintaining candidate data through Naukri and other recruitment platforms
🔹 Managing attendance records and HR operational activities
🔹 Assisting with payroll coordination for the in-house HR team
🔹 Maintaining employee records and ensuring operational accuracy
🔹 Supporting day-to-day HR administrative processes
