1. HR Operations Executive | Experience: 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Maintain HR records and reports
• Support PMS, HR operations, and Rewards & Recognition initiatives

What We're Looking For:
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of the IT industry
• Eagerness to learn and grow in HR

*Note: This role is strictly for candidates with 0–1 year of experience.*

2. Marketing Executive | Experience: 1–3 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate exhibitions, events, and branding activities
• Manage vendors, marketing collaterals, and website updates
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding

What We're Looking For:
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Creative and organized approach
• Passion for marketing and brand building

3. Executive – Business Development | Experience: 1–2 Years

Key Responsibilities:
• Generate and qualify new business leads
• Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
• Research and nurture prospective clients
• Maintain CRM and track sales activities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and proactive mindset
• Interest in sales and business development
