Human Resources Operations
We are hiring for an HR Operations Role at bijnis🚀
We are building B2B Quick Commerce with a simple but ambitious goal: Factory to Retail in 60 minutes. That means our people ecosystem is spread across very different environments. We have a large field sales team on the ground, supply teams, warehouse teams, riders, dark stores across India and our HQ team, all working together to serve retailers across the country. And that is exactly what makes this role interesting.
We are looking for someone who wants to take real ownership of HR Operations and enjoys building things rather than simply following existing processes. Someone who is comfortable asking questions, trying new ideas and experimenting with better ways of doing things. Not every experiment will work, and that is completely okay. What matters is having the mindset to try, learn, fix and improve.
There is a lot of room to build here. It could be improving how we engage with our field teams, simplifying an HR process, solving something for our warehouse teams or trying a completely new idea that makes the experience better for our people. You do not need to have all the answers, but you should be curious enough to ask why, fearless enough to try something new and accountable enough to fix it when it does not work.
If your natural instinct when you see a problem is “let me figure this out”, we should probably talk.

Interview advice
Going for the Operations role at bijnis? A few things that help freshers walk in prepared:
- Have one example ready where you brought order to chaos — a process you organised or a bottleneck you fixed, with the result.
- It is fine not to know something — say how you would find the answer. Freshers are hired for how they think, not for knowing everything already.
- Use STAR for "tell me about a time" questions — Situation, Task, Action, Result — so your story stays clear and short.
- Keep answers tight and on-point; avoid rambling or personal topics like religion, politics, relationships or family.
- Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early (not an hour), and carry a printed CV, a valid ID and any certificates.
