🔹 Role: HR Operations (Back Office)

We are looking for candidates to join our HR Operations team, supporting hiring operations and ensuring a smooth and efficient documentation process for new joiners.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support hiring operations and assist with end-to-end recruitment processes
• Handle, verify, and maintain candidate documentation
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required documentation
• Coordinate effectively with HR and Recruitment teams
• Maintain accurate candidate data, records, and trackers

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any stream or discipline
• 0–1 year of relevant experience preferred; freshers are also welcome to apply
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal, coordination, and organizational skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Pune
