We are looking for enthusiastic and career-driven freshers who are passionate about Human Resources. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and onboarding, with an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for interviews.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
Support onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain HR records and databases.
Assist in HR operations and employee engagement activities.
Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as required.
Eligibility Criteria
MBA in Human Resources or Any UG Graduate.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work onsite at Tidel Park, Chennai.
Internship Details
The first 3 months will be an Internship Period.
Upon successful completion of the internship, candidates will be considered for a full-time HR Associate role based on their performance and business requirements.
