Upila Digital, a Google Premier Partner performance marketing agency, is looking for an HR Intern to join our growing team in Kochi!
📍 Location: Kochi (hybrid)
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000/month
🕒 Duration: 6 months (with performance review for full-time confirmation)
🎯 Responsibilities:
✅ Assist in end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
✅ Draft and post job descriptions across platforms
✅ Coordinate with hiring managers on candidate shortlisting
✅ Support onboarding and documentation for new hires
✅ Assist in Payroll updations
✅ Maintain and update candidate trackers and hiring pipelines
✅ Support employee engagement initiatives and internal events
🌟 What we're looking for:
✅completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
