We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as HR Interns.

💼 Job Role: HR Intern
📍 Location: Chennai
🎓 Qualification: UG / PG
👩‍💼 Experience: Freshers
📅 Internship Period: 3 Months
💰 Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
💼 Post-Internship Salary: ₹13,000 per month
🎯 Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 based on target achievement
📄 Bond: 1-year bond mandatory from the date of joining (Day 1)

📌 Job Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate screening
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates
• Maintain candidate and recruitment records
• Assist with onboarding and employee documentation
• Support day-to-day HR and recruitment activities
• Coordinate with the hiring team to fulfill recruitment requirements

💡 Skills Required:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment
• Good interpersonal and convincing skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
