📌 Role: HR Intern
📍 Location: Bhopal (On-site)
⏳ Duration: 1 to 2 Months (With a possibility of full-time conversion based on performance)
🎓 Eligibility: MBA in HR / PGDM / Final year students or Fresh Graduates eager to learn.

🎯 What you'll learn and do:
End-to-End Recruitment: Assist the TA team in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for bulk and lateral hiring drives.
HR Operations: Support the onboarding process, document verification, and maintain employee records.
Candidate Engagement: Follow up with aligned candidates to ensure a smooth joining pipeline.
Data Management: Maintain real-time recruitment trackers and dashboards in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

💼 What we’re looking for:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive learning attitude.
Ability to work in a high-energy team environment.
