We are hiring HR Interns - Talent Acquisition!

Tech Mahindra is looking for dynamic, enthusiastic, and driven HR Interns to join our Talent Acquisition team. If you are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in corporate hiring, we want to meet you!

Position Overview:
Role: HR Intern (Talent Acquisition)
Company: Tech Mahindra
Duration: 6 Months (Paid internship)
Schedule: 5 Days Working (Shall be flexible with 6 days too)
Immediate Joiners

Internship Base: Tech Mahindra, Galaxy Business Park, Sector 62, Noida

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing and screening candidate profiles.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Support walk-in drives, recruitment logistics, and candidate database management.
Participate in employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives.

Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recent graduate in MBA/PGDM (HR) or related fields.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
