🔹 What You’ll Work On:
Talent Acquisition
* End-to-end recruitment support for IT & Non-IT profiles
* Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, Cutshort, Job Hai & other platforms
* Resume screening and initial HR screening
* Interview scheduling and candidate coordination
* Candidate follow-ups and recruitment tracker management
* Building and maintaining talent pipelines
* Supporting bulk hiring & campus recruitment drives
🔹 Who Can Apply?
✅ Freshers with relevant internship experience.
✅ Candidates pursuing/completed a degree in HR, BBA/ MBA.
✅ Good communication & interpersonal skills.
✅ Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
✅ Familiarity with MS Excel and HRMS/CRM tools.
✅ Proactive, organized and willing to learn.
