Hiring HR Interns at Instamart!
I’m looking for curious HR folks to join my team for a 6-month internship in our Bangalore office. You’ll work closely with the Category and Growth teams at Instamart.

What would you work on?
- Build learning journeys for Category Managers: Understand the capabilities our category teams need to succeed and design learning experiences that help build them.
- Shape the onboarding experience at Instamart: Help create an onboarding journey that gets people closer to the business, their role, and the way we work from day one.
- Work across the width of HR charters: Depending on your interests and strengths, you could get exposure to org effectiveness, people analytics, and other areas supporting these teams.

Who would be a great fit?
- You’re early in your HR career: 0-2 years of experience.
- You’re naturally curious and like figuring things out rather than waiting for a playbook.
- You’re comfortable with data and can move between people problems and business problems.
- You’re excited by the idea of working in a business where things move very, very quickly.

What I can promise: you’ll get to own real work, work closely with business leaders, and see your ideas go from a document to something people actually experience.
