We're Hiring – HR Intern!
Steps N Storeyz Housing Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to join our team in Navalur, Chennai.
📍 Location: Navalur, Chennai
🎓 Experience: Freshers / Internship
💰 Stipend: ₹7,000 per month
💼 Position: HR Intern
🔹 What you'll do:
• Assist with day-to-day HR activities
• Support recruitment and candidate sourcing activities
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and the hiring team
• Maintain and update employee and candidate records
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities
• Support attendance and basic HR documentation
• Prepare and maintain HR-related reports and trackers
• Assist the HR team with employee engagement activities
• Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned
🔹 What we're looking for:
✅ Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Basic MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
✅ Good organizational and time-management skills
✅ Good attention to detail
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✅ Ability to work independently as well as with a team
