#Responsibilities:
- Assist with candidate sourcing and recruitment
- Post job openings on relevant platforms
- Screen and shortlist resumes
- Coordinate interviews with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Assist with onboarding and HR documentation
- Support day-to-day HR activities
#Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Ability to work independently
- Students/freshers pursuing BBA, MBA, HR or related fields can apply
