• Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and candidate records
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth hiring processes
• Assist in HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements
