Human Resources Intern

Portea Medical·Bangalore·Posted 13 Sept·via LinkedIn

What if your HR internship wasn’t about watching HR… but actually building it?

We’re hiring HR Interns at Portea Medical.

And let me be very clear — this is not an internship where you spend your time doing routine HR administration.

We want young HR professionals who want to build, experiment, talk to people, solve problems and see their work create an impact.

Here’s what you’ll actually work on:

70% — BUILDING RECRUITMENT CHANNELS

Your biggest project will be helping us answer one important question:

“How do we build a stronger and more scalable talent pipeline?”

You will work on:

30% — EMPLOYEE RETENTION

You’ll also work with the HR team on understanding:

WHERE?

Bangalore | Hyderabad | Chennai | Mumbai | Kolkata | NCR

WHAT DO YOU GET?

An attractive stipend.

But more importantly, you get something that is often missing from internships:

REAL OWNERSHIP.
REAL PROBLEMS.
REAL HR EXPERIENCE.

If you are an HR/MBA student who wants to understand what it takes to build a recruitment engine, create a talent brand and influence employee retention at scale, we want to hear from you.

Send your profile to - [contact shared on WhatsApp]

And if you know an HR student who is ambitious, curious and wants to get their hands dirty with real HR work — tag them here.

Don’t just add an internship to your CV.
Add a story worth talking about.
