📌 Role: HR Intern
📍 Location: Bhopal (Work From Office)
🗓️ Duration: 6 Months
🔹 What You'll Do:
You'll get hands-on exposure across the full employee lifecycle - from joining to offboarding:
• Talent acquisition & recruitment support
• HR operations and policy documentation
• Employee engagement initiatives
• Surveys, onboarding, and day-to-day HR functions
• Using AI tools to streamline and automate HR processes
🔹 What We're Looking For:
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Pursuing or completed graduation / post-graduation (final semester welcome)
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar
• Curious, proactive, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
