Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn
Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Support onboarding and documentation activities
Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates for smooth interview processes
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle

Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
