Position: HR Intern

📍 Location: Amity University, Lucknow
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (Work from Office + Remote)
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
⏳ Duration:3–6 Months (extendable based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition activities
* Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
* Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
* Maintain HR records and databases
* Assist in employee engagement initiatives and events
* Support HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks
* Prepare reports and HR-related documentation

Requirements:

* Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Management, Psychology, or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
* Eagerness to learn and build a career in Human Resources
