💼 What You’ll Do
Support candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Maintain candidate records and update the ATS.
Assist with recruitment reports and hiring trackers.
Support the HR team with day-to-day activities.

🎯 What We’re Looking For
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Good time management and multitasking abilities
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
Eagerness to learn and build a career in HR
Prior internship/recruitment exposure is a plus
