Easy Cater Services Platform Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Vadodara.

Position: HR Intern
Location: Vadodara, Gujarat
Duration: 3 or 6 Months
Employment Type: Internship | On-Site
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
Post job openings on LinkedIn and other job portals.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Assist with employee onboarding, joining formalities, and HR documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and recruitment trackers.
Manage and maintain IT asset records, including laptops, desktops, and other office equipment.
Track IT asset allocation, issuance, returns, and employee handovers.
Maintain asset registers and update records whenever assets are assigned or returned.
Coordinate with employees regarding company assets and ensure proper documentation.
Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed BBA, MBA in HR, or a related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good organizational and record-management skills.
Willingness to learn HR processes and IT asset management.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
