• Recruitment Coordination
• Interview Scheduling
• Candidate Engagement
• Supporting the HR & Talent Acquisition Team
• Connecting with TPOs & College Management
• Coordinating & Conducting Campus Recruitment Drives

What we’re looking for:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong interest in HR & Recruitment
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Comfortable interacting with candidates and college representatives
• Ability to take ownership and coordinate activities
