📍 Location: Remote
⏳ Duration: 45 Days
💰 Stipend: UnPaid /Paid both (Stipend Provided)
⏰ Work Type: Flexible

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment processes (sourcing resumes, scheduling interviews, candidate follow-ups).
Support employee onboarding and orientation experiences.
Maintain employee records and internal databases.
Help organize team engagement activities and internal HR events.
Assist the HR team with day-to-day operational tasks and policy implementations.

🎯 What We Are Looking For:
Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Word).
High organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive, positive attitude with a eagerness to learn.
