Key Responsibilities:

Support recruitment and onboarding activities
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Assist in employee engagement initiatives
Handle day-to-day HR operation.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a MBA in HR or related field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Proficiency in MS Office,Excel
