𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆?
• BBA / BMS graduates
• MBA / MMS graduates
• Candidates who have completed their course and are available for a full-time internship
• Candidates with a genuine interest in Recruitment & Human Resources
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗢𝗻?
• Work on live recruitment mandates across different industries and understand real-world hiring requirements
• Interact with clients to understand their requirements and clarify hiring needs
• Prepare Job Descriptions (JDs) based on client requirements
• Build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals and other sourcing channels
• Evaluate candidates against role requirements and shortlist relevant profiles
• Speak with candidates and understand their experience, aspirations and suitability for the role
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Prepare recruitment trackers and dashboards to monitor hiring progress
• Get exposure to HR analytics and recruitment metrics
• Manage candidate follow-ups and support day-to-day recruitment activities

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗚𝗮𝗶𝗻
• Practical understanding of end-to-end recruitment
• Exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR Consulting
• Experience in client interaction and understanding business requirements
• Hands-on experience with JDs, recruitment dashboards and HR analytics
• Stronger communication, coordination and professional skills
• Understanding of how recruitment mandates are managed from requirement to closure
