We are hiring HR Interns at Analytics Career Connect (ACC).

• Position: Human Resources Intern
• Type: Part-Time / Full-Time | Remote
• Duration: 45 / 60 / 90 Days

Role Overview
• Work on live recruitment and people operations
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
• Support onboarding and HR documentation
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Learning & Growth
• Hands-on exposure to real HR and recruitment work
• Training in AI-powered HR tools (ChatGPT, ATS, automation, and HR analytics)
• Internship certificate and experience letter
• Opportunity for PPO or paid roles based on performance
• Flexible remote shifts of 4 or 6 hours
