🔹 Coordinate with recruitment vendors and external hiring partners
🔹 Engage with clients to understand hiring needs and provide timely updates
🔹 Schedule interviews and ensure consistent candidate follow-ups
🔹 Maintain accurate recruitment databases, pipelines, and candidate records

👤 Who Should Apply?
✔ Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
✔ HR internship or at least 6 months of recruitment experience preferred
✔ Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
✔ Well-organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple roles simultaneously
✔ Immediate joiners will be given preference
