💼 Position: HR Executive – U.S. HR Operations
👥 Openings: 10
🎓 Experience: Freshers Only

📍 Location: KPHB, Hyderabad
🌙 Shift: U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday
🏖️ Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Employee onboarding & documentation
• U.S. HR Operations & compliance support
• Benefits & insurance coordination
• Payroll-related HR support
• Employee records & HRIS management
• Employee lifecycle & offboarding support
• HR reports, trackers & documentation.

🎓 ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS :
• Freshers Only
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field
• MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
• Knowledge/interest in U.S. HR Operations, Onboarding, Compliance & Benefits preferred
• Good English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook
• HRIS/HRMS knowledge is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality & coordination skills
• Must be willing to work U.S. Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
