🎯 Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
Screen profiles, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Onboarding & Employee Experience
Manage seamless onboarding for new hires.
Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and induction programs.
Ensure all pre-joining and post-joining documentation is completed.
Help new employees integrate smoothly into the organization.
Support employee engagement initiatives during the onboarding journey.

Employer Branding
Create and manage job postings across various hiring platforms.
Promote BeastLife's employer brand through LinkedIn and other channels.
Support recruitment campaigns, hiring drives, and talent attraction initiatives.

✅ What We're Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Hiring.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
Strong ownership mindset and execution capability.
Highly organized with attention to detail.

⭐ Preferred Experience
Prior experience in a D2C, Consumer Brand, E-commerce, Startup, FMCG, or high-growth environment.
Experience hiring for Marketing, Content, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Corporate functions.
Passion for building teams and scaling organizations.
