Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate campus hiring activities across colleges.
-Coordinate with colleges and Training & Placement (T&P) departments for recruitment drives.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with college placement teams.
-Coordinate the complete recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
-Support campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other hiring initiatives.
-Maintain recruitment data and reports using MS Excel.
-Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, colleges, and internal hiring teams.
Requirements:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Good knowledge of MS Excel
-Strong coordination and follow-up skills
-Good relationship-building skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
-Prior experience in HR Recruitment / Campus Hiring will be an advantage.
