Clogic Softtech is looking for an enthusiastic and driven HRBP (Product Experience) to join our growing team.

This is a highly dynamic, client-facing role that offers exposure to talent strategy, stakeholder management, onboarding programs, business development, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support hiring and workforce strategy initiatives
• Manage Recruiter and Reviewer onboarding programs
• Collaborate with clients and external stakeholders
• Drive HR operations and engagement activities
• Represent the organization in client meetings and business discussions
• Travel across India to support partnership and business growth opportunities

✔ Freshers with strong aptitude and a learning mindset are welcome
✔ Professionals with 0–2 years of experience
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong ownership, adaptability, and execution capabilities
