Qualification: UG/PG requirements.Bachelor’s Degree in Food or Dairy or Fisheries or Oil Technology or Biotechnology or Agricultural or Veterinary Sciences or Bio-Chemistry or Microbiology or Chemistry or Catering
Technology or Hotel Management from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the Food Safety field. Freshers interested in the auditing field may also apply.
Salary: As per current salary, experience, and market standards.

📌 Job Description

Hygiene Rating Auditing Agency (HRAA), a leading organization in food safety and hygiene audits, is seeking qualified and motivated professionals for the position of HR Auditor to ensure the quality, integrity, and compliance of hygiene rating auditing processes

The ideal candidate in Food Science and practical knowledge of food safety and hygiene audits

🧾 Key Responsibilities
Conduct Hygiene Rating Audits as per FSSAI guidelines.
Verify compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene requirements.
Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare and submit audit reports with findings and observations.
Adhere to HRAA, FSSAI, and QCI audit protocols and timelines.
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
UG/PG in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Food Safety field preferred.
Freshers may also apply.
ISO 22000 Lead Auditor Certification will be an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and documentation.
Proficiency in Tamil and English. Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
Good communication, reporting, and auditing skills.
Must be willing and ready to travel across Tamil Nadu for audit assignments as per organizational requirements.
Ability to undertake frequent field visits and travel at short notice.
